Warranty



Warranty Promise

DAVID POWER promises to deliver the superior quality products and service to protect the original retail purchasers of DAVID products, while each new DAVID products purchased from an authorized DAVID dealer, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal used and service.


Warranty Period

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase delivery to the original retail purchaser. The warranty duration is 12 months or 1,000 operation hours for each DAVID engine/product and associates.
DAVID herewith disclaims all implied warranties after the applicable expiration date of the express limited warranty. Some countries/regions have different laws on warranty limitations, so the above period may not apply to you.


Warranty Coverage

DAVID will replace or repair, at its option, without charge for the parts or the labor, at a place designated by DAVID, parts of a DAVID product by this warranty found to be defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty dose not cover parts affects, damaged, or depreciated by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, use of unsuitable attachments or no genuine parts, ordinary wearm, rust of corrosion, inadequate transportation, accident, or service by an unauthorized facility.
Consumable parts such as: fiters, belts, gasket, packing, fuses brushes,fuel injection nozzles, lubricant, protective zinc coat, thermostat and ignition plug, are not covered under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and replacting them shall fall on the purchaser.
Under this warranty, DAVID dose not obligate to bear any fees for transportation of any DAVID product/parts to and from the place designated by DAVID for warranty service.
DAVID makes no other express warrany than set above, and no person in authorized to give any other warranty or to assume any additional obligation.


Warranty Exclusion

All other obligations or liabilities, including special or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any DAVID product/part to operate properly, are hereby exclude.
Some countries/regions do not allow the warranty exclusion or consequential or special damages so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Warranty Procedure

For any defect cover by this warranty, contact the nearest authorized DAVID distributor or dealer to obtain the name, address,and telephone of the authorized service and repair facility within thirty (30) days after discovery of such defect.
